    I feel that there should be censorship over the internet. Although it's really up to one's personal morality and integrity, the censorship somehow still reduces the people to enter into the forbidden sites. I believe that these protection, protects the children that just started using the internet. This restricts the children in knowing too much.

    Yes, i see the point in having censorship over the internet. But think about it, how far can you censor and stop underaged people to access to these matured websites? Yes, we have the responsibilty to censor, but its all balls down to the user themselves, whether they choose to obey or just be rebellious. However, we have to agree that censorship is needed to keep underaged people out of restricted areas and this can prevent a certain amount of people from the harmful effects of such websites.

    Censorship is very important. Though we all know that it is almost impossible to stop people from entering websites, we have to agree that by having censorship, we can at least prevent some of this population and save them from some harm. Like its stated ," 50 percent of something is better then 100 percent of nothing" I strongly believe that this quote ties back to censorship over the internet, thus, i stand for the fact that censorship should be incultivated over the internet.

    Censorship on the internet is very important, especially to the growing youth. there are many websites that may if i may say, "Pollute one's young mind". Websites such as adult websites, political websites and websites that teaches the wrong things such as how to create your own weapons.

    There however programns such as K9 that allows parents or guardians to block certain websites that they do not with their youth to go to. This shows that there are ways to provide censorship on the internet, it is just a matter of if one would want to step forward and take necessary actions to provide censorship to themselves or their loved ones.

    I personally feels that there should be censorship on the internet. It is because children might just log on to the internet and might view it accidentally without knowing it. Leaving such materials to be posted o the internet is also a negative way as it shows how absurd people can be.

    What I think that, there should be censorship on the Internet because children might unintentionally go to the unhealthy material or something suddenly pop up wedsite that may teach children to do it and some of the website may pollute the children mind through their growing stage when they have seen so much of that unhealthy website.

    Censhorship is as important as our self integrity. We can censor all the matured websites but what is the use of that if the user wants to visit them? With so many IT-sauvy teenagers and children today, we do not just restrict, we should also teach and guide them to the correct choice and let them learn and decide for themselves.
    Thus, i think censorship can ony be a prevention not a cure.

    I agree about censorship on the internet.

    This is to prevent underage children to see mature scenes that are disturbing.It also cuts down the amount of people who will watch it and act it out immediately.

    If there is no censorship, the pop-up of the adult website will just happen anytime. Innocent child will , because of curiousity, click on it and find out about these mature information. If that child, full of negative thinking, act it out in front of the same age child, what will the world become. I do not want to imagine it.

    Therefore I agree on having censorship on the internet.

    There should be censorship on the Internet. Internet is easily accessed and childrens are learning to use it. They could accidently bump into those pornographic site and expose to the unwanted website. It is a must for censorship on the Internet. However, we also need to nurture them so as not to access to the unwanted website.

    i believe that there should be censorship on the internet. nowadays kids as young as thos in kindergaten are introduced to this cyber world as a place of information n knowledge and there should be censorship to protect them from all the ridiculous things u can find online.

    however there can only be a limit to how much u can censor. u cannot keep track of all the millions o websites tt are set up everyday. there will always b a leak. even if there are attempts to stop the undrage from gg into certain sites, for example, having a warning before hand to tell them tt they are gg into a "bad" site and shuld only continue if they are above a certain age bla bla. who can stop these kids from entering? nobody will know and nobody will care. unless u hav ur parents breathing down ur neck everytime u use the internet.it all boils down to the user.

    there should be censorship on the internet but thers only little tt these censorship can do. we might as well look for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

    i agree that censorship on internet is important.
    it might cause an innocent child who is underage and mislead him to a different lifestyle. And nowaday internet is very common everywhere, all the youngster log on, it for their work and knowledge not for that kind of "stuff" but sometime cannot stop because of the pop website done by those hacker
    so we should support the censorship idea to prevent them of polluting the young people mindset

    Yes. There should be censorship on the Internet as nowadays browsing and serving the net have become a daily lifestyle for people of all ages. It is also a place where you can get most of the knowledge and information. Therefore the censorship can helps by preventing the innocent kids for being corrupt by the harmful content on the internet that may lead him/her to the wrong way.

    Censorship is cutting out harmful parts or forbidding publication, delivery or showing of material that can have a harmful effect on the society. An unbridled freedom can lead to deleterious consequences, so the complete freedom to publish or to propagate any material can have dire consequences. Censorship is often condemned because of the view that there should be no encroachment upon thought and expresion. However, this right without control can lead to abuse. To many writers and thinkers of this world, freedom of expression is an article fo faith.(That is why one third of Singaporeans blog) We must note that censorship on the other hand can also be abused, taking dictation to illustrate my point. It can serve as a weapon to muzzle dissent. We must understand that freedom of expression is necessary to transmit civilization.(We can Mr Brown entertainment) Total control over freedom of expression may succeed temporarily, but in the long run of history the censor and inquisitor have always lost. Therefore, censorship for the Internet is rather redundant and proven not feasible. It is up to the user to make the mature decision and determine for himslf what is right and what is wrong.

    i agree that there should be censorship on internet. there should be censorship to sites that are disturbing and harmful. however, i'd say that educating the child would be a better choice. it's better to educate and lead them the correct path then to stop them from knowing. the more things we do to stop, the more they want to know.

    There should definitely be censorship on the internet. Nothing stands higher than protecting an innocent's mind from explicit content. Children most commonly fall victims to this and they tend to grasp more of what they call education when they are at a younbger age. Therefore, yes to censorship!

    I agree with you!!! By the history people tried to found spring of immortality. But they didn't find. All became in opposite. My opinion about this global problem is, now people live shorter than 100 years ago. Because status qwo of the world changed in not good part of nature. With developing new technologies and science progress, ecology situation of world get worse. Human activates do human floras, faunas and peoples too.
    ecology problem influent for green and animals. Green and animals is vegetables and meats.
    So it all depend in our diets. In now a days healthy food is most important in our life. With developing science progress scientists around the world every day discover new sort of food, from food technology. I can't say that's natural healthy food.
    New technologies make us immobile.
    Most of people do all work in one please, without any moves.
    In conclusion i want to say 3 problems:
    1. Ecology
    2. Diet
    3. Less moves
